Marina Pérez Ausejo has completed her Bachelor thesis in the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Oenoculture: Start of European enology. Prephyloxeric European grapes”. The Bachelor thesis, “Multivariate monitoring of the grape ripening”, deals with the analysis of some physico-chemical parameters of the grapes and the establishment of their relationship with the ripening time through multivariate analysis and regression techniques. The Bachelor thesis presentation was held on 6 June 2019 at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Burgos.
