Within the teacher training plan of the IES Teguise, we held a conference to know the properties of the prefiloxérica grape as well as the incidence of phylloxera in Europe, the criteria for wine tasting, the differences between artisanal and industrial wineries Lanzarote and the cultivation of grapevines in La Geria, this day took place at the Bodega Vega de Yuco.




PROFESORADO Y PREFILOXERA

Dentro del plan de formación del profesorado del, IES Teguise, realizamos unas jornadas para conocer las propiedades de la uva prefiloxérica así como la incidencia de la filoxera en Europa, los criterios para realizar una cata de vino, las diferencias entre las bodegas artesanales e industriales de Lanzarote y el cultivo de las parras en La Geria, esta jornada tuvo lugar en la Bodega Vega de Yuco.
