5th Gymnasium of Chania-A visit to Anoskeli winery

Our school visited Anoskeli winery in the area of Kissamos, where the manager of the winery gave the students a tour to the vineyards, the plant and the exhibition room. The students had the chance to learn about the stages of the wine making process as well as the local grape varieties. They were also informed about grafting, pruning and gained a lot of knowledge of possible careers in the wine business.
